Reporting from the Future

Eine Teilnehmerin des Projekts Reporting from the Future stellt ein Kunstwerk vor, das jemand anderes fotografiert.

In this project, Ukrainian artists and writers, as well as youth work professionals, came together in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to tell their personal stories in the context of Russia’s war of aggression. In workshops with international experts and journalists, they learned new tools for putting their experiences into words and images. The result was a wide range of texts, videos, and photo series that speak of loss, hope, and everyday life in wartime. The works were presented during the WARM Festival in Sarajevo and published in a book volume. “Reporting from the Future” is a project by the WARM Foundation that took place in 2024 in cooperation with Mediacentar Sarajevo, forumZFD, and the Kreisau-Initiative e. V.
