Here are the benefits of membership

Financial support

With your membership, you help ensure that the work of the Kreisau-Initiative can continue to grow. Your contribution helps us launch new projects, continue existing ones, and create spaces for connection, exchange, and engagement. You decide how much to contribute. If you’d prefer to support us behind the scenes, you can do so with a supporting membership.

You choose the membership fee yourself. As a guide, we suggest a minimum contribution of 50 euros, or a reduced contribution of 12 euros for school pupils, students, and people without their own income.

Actively help shape our work

With us, you can do more than just be part of things: you can help shape our work. As a member, you can contribute your ideas, inspire new projects, or get involved in our work through dialogue with the office team, the board, and other committed members, for example at the annual General Assembly.

Stay up to date

Our newsletter keeps you in the loop: you’ll receive regular updates on our projects, get a behind-the-scenes look at what’s happening, and find tips on exciting events and calls in the field of non-formal education. Our newsletter is published every three to four months in German and English. If you have any topics or ideas you’d like to share, feel free to send them to info@kreisau.de.

Information on applying for membershipThis form serves as an application for membership. By submitting it, you formally apply to join the Kreisau-Initiative. In accordance with the association’s statutes, the Board will review your application and get back to you soon. Once you receive our confirmation of admission, you become a member, agree to our mission statement, and commit to paying the membership fee. Membership fees are tax-deductible (Kreisau-Initiative e. V., VR 10244 Nz, Charlottenburg Local Court). Charlottenburg).

Information on canceling your membershipAre you a member and would like to leave the association? We’re sorry to hear that, but that’s no problem. Membership can be terminated at any time with effect from the end of the calendar year. To do so, please send us an informal notice of cancellation by post or email to the following address: pr@kreisau.de. Your withdrawal from membership of the Kreisau-Initiative is confirmed once you have received our confirmation of withdrawal.

Your personal data is stored for the purpose of processing your membership (in accordance with the GDPR). With regard to your personal data, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to withdraw your consent, to data portability, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is also necessary for membership.
