HER-Story

In history books and documentaries, we can now find a wealth of information about National Socialism and about the people who resisted it. Yet the focus is rarely on one specific group of people: women who fought against the Nazi regime as members of the resistance. In “HER-Story”, young people discover forgotten stories, interview eyewitnesses, and make their own short films. In the process, it becomes clear: the struggle for equality and against oppression is not yet over. “HER-Story” shows how women, both then and now, stand up for freedom, justice, and self-determination, and what lessons we can learn from their experiences.
