Betzavta Training

“Betzavta” means “together” in Hebrew. And that was exactly what this training was all about. Youth workers from all over Europe came together to experience how democracy and cooperation can truly be put into practice. The focus was on understanding conflicts, valuing diversity, and, in the process, questioning your own values. The goal: to learn, try things out, and pass on knowledge in youth projects, so that young people can experience what European cohesion can look like.
