Young Baltic Energy Futures brings together young adults from the Baltic Sea countries of Germany, Poland, Scandinavia, and the Baltic states to discuss exactly these questions. Together, they explore issues around climate action, the energy transition, and a safe future for everyone. As part of the project, participants visit initiatives and places where renewable energy is already being put into practice. In workshops and exchange formats, they develop new ideas and learn together how the energy transition can be shaped locally and internationally in future.
The programme includes a youth encounter in the form of an international energy transition camp, as well as the development of English-language materials for people who want to support young adults in exploring topics such as the energy transition and climate justice.
